ROUTING
The call is yours before it rings.
Zync pushes your SIP realms and trunks to a PBX it runs itself, so a number lands on infrastructure you control instead of a reseller's. From there it hits a flow you drew: time conditions, an IVR menu, DTMF collection, an HTTP call out to your own API, then on to an extension, a queue, or an outside line.
Every run is recorded step by step, so a call that went somewhere strange can be opened and read rather than guessed at.
200 OK
Agents answer in a browser tab.
No desk phone and nothing to install. Zync registers the agent's extension and holds the media itself, which means the audio is in the page — the only reason the next part is possible at all.
RTP
The AI listens while the caller is still talking.
A transcript builds as the call runs. On each caller turn, an answer pulled from your knowledge base and a suggested next question appear before the agent has to stall.
Transcription is billed by the audio-hour and assist by the turn, so they are separate switches. A workspace that wants a written record without the coaching turns one on.
BYE
Then it writes itself down.
The call leaves a record behind: a contact, a deal, a ticket, a CSAT survey sent and scored without anyone remembering to. Ask Mission Control a question in plain English and it answers over that data — counting with real aggregations, and searching transcripts by what was meant rather than what was typed.
Also in the rack
- WhatsApp inbox
- Through the Meta Cloud API, or a linked device when you'd rather not file for review.
- Website chat widget
- Answered by a bot reading your own uploaded documents, handed to a person when it can't.
- Android dialer
- Logs calls made on a handset back into the same timeline as everything else.
- Do-not-call screening
- Checked before the dialer places anything, not audited after it already did.
- Webhooks
- Events out to your systems, so Zync isn't the last stop for its own data.
- Metered AI
- Hourly and weekly token ceilings per workspace, which is what makes capacity resellable.
